Léa joined the firm in January 2025 as a trainee lawyer and has continued with the team as an associate since December 2025.

Her academic background, combining corporate law and employment law, enables her to advise companies in both French and English on all individual and collective employment law matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts.

Drawing on her master’s degree in social security law, completed through a work-study program, Léa also assists companies with social security disputes (URSSAF) and employee benefits issues.
