Nicolas advises and assists French and international companies on all employment law-related questions, whether in respect of collective or individual labour relations.

In particular, they consult him on relations with staff representatives (implementation and operation of the Social and economic committee, management of consultations, etc.). Nicolas also acts on the drafting of collective agreements (for example, in relation to gender equality, working time or mandatory annual negotiations).

Nicolas practised for two years with the firm Chassany Watrelot & Associés, following a first experience at the firm CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
