WHO WE ARE

MAJJ Avocats is an independent law firm specialised in employment law (labour law and social security law), serving companies and their human resources departments.

The firm was established by four lawyers, Mathieu Raio de San Lazaro, Anne de Gabory, Julien Boucaud-Maître and Juliette Pouyet, who have worked together for many years.

The human factor is at the heart of their interactions with both their clients and their team.

The partners of MAJJ Avocats combine their skills for the benefit of their clients, providing the most relevant and practical answers for their business in an ever-changing legal environment.

MAJJ Avocats defends and advises directors, SMEs and mid-tier firms, international groups, investment firms and corporate law firms on their day-to-day employment law issues and the management of their strategic projects with technical skill, pragmatism, reactivity and good will.
