Sophie advises and assists French and international companies on all matters pertaining to labour law, notably with respect to restructuring issues (employee transfers or termintations, staff representative body consultation and negotiation…).

She regularly conducts training for Social and economic committees, managers and human resources professionals.

Before joining MAJJ Avocats, Sophie practiced for three years at the firm Chassany Watrelot & Associés, following a first experience at the firm Fromont Briens.

– Employment Law Jurist Professional Master’s degree (Master II Professionnel Juristes de Droit Social), University of Paris I Sorbonne
– Master’s degree in Employment Law (Master I Droit Social), University of Paris I Sorbonne
